FDM conducted a survey on the satisfaction of taxpayers for GIZ with the objective of identifying the current taxpayers’ satisfaction level with regard to the tax system and the quality of services offered by the tax administration in the fields of information and advisory service. The survey results were provided to Inland Revenue Department (IRD) and GIZ, which has been actively engaged in increasing the education and information regarding taxation system in Nepal.
