Tax Payer's Satisfaction Survey, Nepal
Tax Payer’s Satisfaction Survey is commissioned by Nepal-German Revenue Administration Support (RAS) Project. It's aim was to assess the level of satisfaction among different group of Tax payers in 15 districts of Nepal. The survey followed up on previous surveys conducted in 10 districts since 2003 and develop a baseline in 5 new districts.
The Nepal-German Revenue Administration Support (RAS) project has been implemented under the guidance of the Inland Revenue Department (IRD) and supported by the Deutsche GesellschaftfürInternationaleZusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). The project's aim was to improve the IRD’s ability to collect government revenue in a transparent and efficient way, taking due account of the corporate environment.
