Ram Bhakta Shrestha 
Mr. Shrestha has close to three decades of work experience in training and research. A post graduate in Management Learning from University of Lancaster, Mr. Shrestha'a areas of expertise include Training and Development, Management and Organisation Development, Human Resource Management and Managerial Learning and Development. He currently serves as the Director of Centre for Organisation Development (a semi-autonomous entity within Nepal Administrative Staff College). He has been a part of a number of assignments for institutions like UN, DFID, World Bank and Government of Nepal.

Bhupadas Rajbhandari
Mr. Rajbhandari received his Masters in Rural Development Planning from the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Bangkok, Thailand. He has over 20 years of experience working in Asia and West Africa in organizational management, policy advocacy, development planning, capacity building of NGOs, partnership development, and donor coordination.
 
Avash Nirola
Mr. Nirola holds a Masters Degree Rural Development from Tribhuvan University. He has more than half a decade of experience in coordination and facilitation of capacity building programs for both private and public sector in the country. He specializes in program management and capacity building. Currently, he coordinates trainings for various ministiries and I/NGOS.
 
Nirmal Kumar BK 
Mr. BK is currently a Ph.D. student at Kathmandu University on the subject of Livelihoods Future in the Resource Scarce Area. He has a decade and half of experience in the field of livelihood. Mr. BK has worked for various national and international agencies including DNF, DFID and LFP. His expertise includes project planning, implementation, and monitoring. 

 
Hritika Rana
Ms. Rana holds a Masters degree in Development Studies from Kathmandu University. She has over four years experience in the field of development, including gender and social inclusion, market and development, good governance, access to justice, disaster risk reduction and community-based approaches. She has been particularly involved in project implementation; developing strategic plans, project design, conducting research, evaluation and policy analysis.

Bishnu Maya Dhungana
Dr. Dhungana has a Ph.D. and Masters degree in Gender and Development Studies from AIT, Thailand. She has worked as a Consultant in evaluation of Oxfam supported projects for OxfamGB, Nepal. She currently works as a free lance consultant in the field of Human Rights and Peace Building and Conflict Management.
 
Anil Rajbhandari
Mr. Rajbhandari has an MBA degree in International Business from AIT, Thailand and has worked as a Consultant for the United Nations Environmental Program, where he was responsible for planning and managing the Poverty Environment Initiative program for Central Asian countries. He was also the Senior Program Officer at AIT Extension Thailand,where he worked on the training and capacity building program coordinator. He was responsible for developing training and capacity building need assessment reports, setting training objectives, and strategy.


Shalinta Sigdel 
A finance graduate from Modi Academic International Institute (MAII), Ms. Sigdel has more than two years of experience working in the development sector. She has been involved in projects related to Micro Enterprises, Organizational Development, Education and Financial Behaviour in districts like Accham, Doti, Rolpa, Banke and Morang. In the past, she has worked as business development executive for MAII. She is currently involved in a research entitled ‘Analysis of Budget preparation and implementation mechanism in Nepal’ under Alliance for Social Dialogue as a Junior Fellow. Besides her involvement in the development sector, she also writes articles on economic issues for New Spotlight fortnightly.

Abijit Sharma
Associate Consultant

A political science graduate from Delhi University, Mr. Sharma has been involved in research and evaluation studies pertaining to areas of Education, Media, Financial Behaviour and Development. He is acquainted with both quantitative and qualitative methods of research, having conducted studies for projects under ITAD, Samarth NMDP, Mercy Corps, Nepal Police and SBFIC covering all five development regions. An avid writer, he contributes regularly to the New Spotlight fortnightly magazine. 



Bijay Kumar Shahi
Mr. Shahi has been working in the public policy and research sector for past two years. He holds a Master's degree in Development Studies from Kathmandu University. He has experience of working in areas of tourism, conflict, MIS, enterprise development and rural development. Besides being involved in the field of development, he also holds a strong passion for social work and written media. He is actively involved in various NGOs and often writes op-ed articles for various national dailies.
 
Low Siew Thiam
Mr. Thiam (Singapore) holds a B .Sc. in Economics (Honours degree) from the London School of Economics. He began his career as a Management Consultant and Educator 10 years ago after a successful career as a corporate executive and  entrepreneur.

Ita O’Donovan
Dr. O’Donovan got her Masters degree in Psychology from the University of Birmingham. She has very rich and wide experience in public sector management at local, regional, and national levels in the UK and overseas. Over the years she has also been providing consultancy services mainly in UK, Eastern Europe, Far East, and South Asia (including India, Sri Lanka, China and Nepal).

Pradeep Kumar Shrestha
Mr. Shrestha has a post graduate degree in Business Administration and Commerce, Chartered Accountancy and post qualification in Information System Audit. He has been involved in auditing and financing management consultancy for the past 25 years.

Ryenaldo Alvarez Caladban
Mr. Calabdan (Philippines) holds a Masters degree in Engineering (Telecommunication) from Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand. He has served as Senior Program officer at the AIT Extension, AIT. He has over ten years of experience in designing/developing curriculum and coordinating short-term international training programs, workshops, seminars, and study tours.
 
Deependra Bickram Thapa
Mr. Thapa has more than ten years of experience with different Government agencies of Nepal. He served as the Secretary for the Ministry of Education from 2008-2010. He facilitated and coordinated the School Sector Reform process which resulted in School Sector Reform Plan 2009-2014. It was under his supervision and guidance that the Literacy Program of Nepal was awarded the Confucius UNESCO award in 2010. A Hubert H. Humphrey Fellow in the year 2005, Mr. Thapa also served as the Secretary General (2008/9 – 2010) at National Commission for UNESCO Nepal, Ministry of Education. 

Raghu Ghimire
Mr. Ghimire has three decades of experience in the health sector and human resources management, Mr. Ghimire is currently associated as a strategic planning, development and research consultant. For more than a decade, he has worked as an advisor for Health Sector Support Program, GTZ-Nepal. Mr. Ghimire has worked as a governance indicator specialist for health, education and sanitation. Along with being an expert team member, designer and team leader for various health related projects, he has provided his consultancy as Health System Development Consultant for Ministry of Health and Population. Furthermore, he has also worked in implementing the Human Resources for Health (HRH) project of Save the Children where he developed the Dip with Logical Framework Approach. He possesses a degree in Economics and Social Studies.
